Shipping Policy
We offer free delivery on all orders of value Rs. 399 or above. Your order will be delivered only through nationally recognized courier services. All shipments are delivered in a waterproof packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders received till 9:00 am will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 9:00 am will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Bangalore warehouse. In Tier 1 cities, order can be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 2 cities, order can be delivered within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch. In Tier 3 cities, order can be delivered within 3-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
International Shipping
We have international shipping facility available as well. You can place your order by paying international shipping charges. It will be delivered within 20 days across entire world from the date of your purchase. Note: All orders are sent in tamper-proof packaging. If you suspect any issue with the packaging then please do not accept the package. Please intimate us immediately at email@koraretail.com regarding the same.
